Loving every minute of my stay!

I am thankful for discovering Flora Bora and having an oppurtunity to stay in a yurt- Loving every minute of my stay! Being back in the “north” again, wondering the trails behind the yurts, over to Waskesiu and Prince Albert National Park. Hearing the trembling aspens and learning that it’s a raven who makes that “interesting” call.

We will be back again!

Curled Up in the Fluffy Robe Watching the Leaves Fall.

Up for the Elk Ridge Fun Run/Walk. Perfect weather for our initial yurt experience. Nice to have Karen waiting for us at the corner on the golf cart and a huge smile! (and Red Stripe!) The website doesn’t do these yurts justice. You really have to see them, the fact that you’re here in the bush, but with everything you need up the road one way or the other. Comforting to hear your dogs barking keeping all the forest cretures at bay. The coyotes howling is something I don’t hear often.

Right now, having a coffee curled up in the fluffy robe watching the leaves fall out the roof window. So bright and cozy. Great place for my girls and running friends to meet up and visit. Will be recommending this to everyone! you are the best hosts- fulfilling all our needs. Justin popping in with coffee- no TV is perfect.

We’re booking for next year already! Thanks for everything. We love Flora Bora!

Can’t Wait to Reunite with “Betty” Again.

We had so many laughs. (mostly at mom) We came with the intention to “yurts till it hurts” and we did:) Everything is perfect. Thank you soo much for all the special touches that you did it did not go unnoticed. You are both amazing and unbelievably talented. Love the yurt, love you guys, love the forest, love EVERYTHING here. Can’t wait to reunite with “Betty” again.:)

An Artistic Pod of Comfort in the Trees!

Hello! The Three of us enjoyed this forested yurt very much! We don’t really want to leave! The design of this yurt, its natural light, the amazing wood working, carefully selected kitchen utensils, its an artistic pod of comfort in the trees!

We played at Sunnyside Beach, walked these trails with Tally and Coco, canoed on Tuddles Lake… Thank you for the kid supplies! Much appreciated. Little Atlin thought this place was just her size and was toddling back and forth all day!

We had a very relaxing good time!

We Absolutely Loved Every Minute of It!

We are so glad we had the opportunity to stay in a yurt. We absolutely loved every minute of it! You guys have excelled yourselves in the art of attention to detail to kitchenware to bedding and even the shower mat!! It is all 5 star! The Picnic/Bike was absolutely FANTASTIC- You must try it!

Also the organic veggies from the garden were delicious. Canoeing on the lake was such a laugh. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

Utterly Serene.

Justin & Karen- To the most hospitable hosts at the Yeti Yurt. Our three meager days here were some of the best of our vacation. No matter what the weatther, it was always utterly serene. Its been such an excellent jump off for everthing in the area. The canoe ride was peaceful, team building, and hilarious…we weren’t very good. We’ll definitely recommend this place to all and others on our travels.
